My book describes seven self-help techniques for removing subconscious negative material or ‘blockages’, and exercises for trying to perceive the subconscious and for learning to treat yourself or someone else from a distance. Working on someone from a distance (or remotely) means treating them in a psychic way.
Subconscious blockages are the source of anxiety, lack of empathic abilities, low self-confidence, obsession, addiction, bad relationships, concentration problems, prejudices, bigotry, sleeping problems, selfishness, clumsiness, being prone to bad luck, being prone to disease, etc. Removing this subconscious negative material gives rise to all kinds of positive changes, for example, your personality improves (for example, you become more empathic, more confident, more broad-minded), psychological problems diminish, your health improves, your ability and success in life increase, …
Formulating sentences to tackle a problem.
Make a sentence that describes a certain emotion, thought or problem, and repeat this sentence until there is a change. Then make another sentence. You can apply this technique for yourself or together with another person you want to help.
Sound and music.
With some sounds and some music, subconscious blockages can be partially or completely removed (by having them peeled away little by little). All you have to do is let these sounds and music play in the background as much as possible. This technique can be combined with the other techniques, you can have the sounds playing in the background while you apply another self-help technique.
Meditation technique with two people.
In this technique, two people sit opposite each other and look at each other for a certain time (for example, half an hour). Strange as it may sound, this method can act on subconscious blockages. You can also do this on your own while looking in the mirror.
A valuable mediation technique.
People who are already used to meditating will find it easiest to apply this technique. But of course everyone can try it. In addition to trying to achieve thoughtlessness, you need to pay attention to unconscious material that arises in your mind.
A simple technique for bringing subconscious data to the surface.
We start from a theme that we imagine in our minds, and we try to bring up additional subconscious data.
Asking for energy.
This is a psychic method. I have psychic abilities and I treat people from a distance. I am a psychic therapist by profession. In this free technique, energies that are present in my subconscious are used to remove blockages in your subconscious. This method can also be used for someone else, for example for your child or for an animal.
For this method you need to know who I am, and in the published version of the book, there will be photos of me available. For the internet version, there are no photos included in the book. So for now, you will not be able to apply this technique.
Regression.
This technique involves remembering past events. The aim is to remove mental pain associated with negative past experiences, which still affect the present. This technique is not always easy to perform, not everyone will be able to do it independently. Nevertheless, some people will find it useful. You can also use this regression technique to guide another person who finds it difficult to do regression on their own. But this will not work for everyone either.
Perceiving the subconscious and applying remote treatment.
These are exercises for trying to perceive the subconscious and for learning to treat yourself or another person from a distance. You can do this on your own or you can guide another person to do the exercises. However, only a few will be successful in these exercises, because you need to have psychic abilities in order to do them successfully. A number of people who have no previous psychic abilities will nevertheless be able to perform the exercises successfully.
Evaluation of results.
It is motivating when changes are observed as a result of applying one or more of these techniques, but it is not always easy to notice all the changes that have occurred. It can help to write things down. You can keep a diary or fill in the questionnaire (see appendix II in my book) or do both. If you are interested in applying some or all of these self-help techniques, I recommend that you keep at least a diary. In doing so, write down what happens in your life, negative and positive, and how this makes you feel. Write down your behaviour, your thoughts and feelings. Write about your problems, your fears, your worries, your obsessions, your convictions, your relationships, your work, your health, about how you treat others and how you are treated by others. Write down the things you do and the things you don’t do, the things you should do that you don’t do, and the things you shouldn’t do that you do, the things you are good at and the things you are not good at, what you think of others, what others think of you, the things you believe you do wrong, or the things you do well or the things you should do better. Write down everything you can think of concerning your personality and life.
If you notice a change, it’s important to write it down immediately, because otherwise you risk forgetting about the change again.
