Exercises for the perception of the subconscious mind

Exercises for the perception of the subconscious mind and for peeling off small pieces of negative subconscious material.

You can try and see if you manage to apply these techniques without the guidance of an SLT trained person (SLT = Soul Liberation Technique). This guidance is usually necessary, because these techniques are difficult to perform by oneself. But there are exceptions, albeit few and far between. Some people are able to apply these techniques without the guidance of another person, or with the help of a person who has not been trained for this. Even under the guidance of a trained person, only one in three people are capable of performing the techniques described below. But even so, they don’t manage to do this by themselves afterwards. That’s where the distance treatment comes in, to remove the blockages that prevent one from succeeding. If you don’t succeed, then the information below is just additional information on SLT.

Proceed as follows. Choose an issue that you want to deal with, an issue that you experience as a problem in your life. As explained before, this problem is caused by a programme, a pattern, which is present in and around your body. If this pattern weren’t present in and around you, then the problem wouldn’t exist. This problem can be solved by peeling off the pattern, layer by layer, or piece by piece. The technique below aims to search for the location of a piece of the pattern in or around your body and to destroy this piece. Subsequently, we will look for another piece of the pattern.

Choose one topic, for example ‘fear of other people’s opinions of me’. This fear is literally present around you or somewhere in your body, for example in your belly, in the form of subtle matter. This fear is not just present in one single spot, but it is present in thousands of different locations in and around your body. There is apiece of subtle matter that contains the feeling of fear of other people’s opinions at every single location. This piece of matter has a certain shape, for example a triangle, a sphere, and it has a colour, or it is grey. If you always perceive the piece as grey, this is because you are unable to perceive other colours. For the purpose of breaking down the piece, it doesn’t matter whether or not you perceive its colour.

Then say to yourself: ‘I feel in and around my body and I’m looking for the location of ‘fear of other people’s opinions of me’. When another person helps you to apply this technique, this person says: ‘Feel in and around your body and look for (or find) the location of ‘fear of other people’s opinions of you’. It is important for this person to say this sentence with confidence and power, this can make a difference in whether or not this technique will work well. If your attention doesn’t go anywhere, then you won’t be able to apply this technique. Or you could try to do it as described under (A) (see further), which is by putting an image of yourself in front of you at a distance of a few metres. Next, look for a location around the image you have put in front of you instead of looking around your actual body. This works better for some people.

If your attention is drawn to a certain location, for example your throat, then here’s your next step: say to yourself, or your companion says to you: ‘at this location (your throat), distinguish (or see, find) a form’. If you don’t perceive anything at all, then you won’t be able to apply this technique. If you think that you can discern a shape, or something, no matter how vaguely, then describe this shape to yourself or to your companion. For example: ‘the shape in my throat is a pole, it’s red, and 15 cm long and 5 cm wide”. When you’ve just started to apply this technique, you’ll almost always find a shape somewhere inside your body, and less often outside your body.

Next, try to find out the content of the shape. The content is an idea, a feeling, or an image or a combination of these three. Say to yourself, or your companion says: ‘What is the content of the shape?’ Focus your attention on the shape and try to see (with your mind’s eye), or to feel what information is stored there, at that location. Be careful that you actually see something or feel something at that particular location, and that you don’t imagine something in your head. If you don’t pick up anything at all, then say to yourself, or your companion says: ‘If the shape had a content, what could that content be?’ Often, you will then manage to pick up something. If you don’t perceive anything after you have found a shape, then you won’t be able to apply this technique. But usually, you will perceive something, even if what you see or feel might be very vague initially.

Often, especially when you start applying this technique, you’ll find a shape of which the content has nothing to do with the issue you chose. So in this case a shape with a content that has nothing to do with the fear of other people’s opinions of you. But that doesn’t really matter, we are looking for material to be peeled off, that’s the most important thing. The topic that is found in the shape is less important.

If you clearly perceive something, for example you see an image of a car in the shape (so in this case in your throat), and you can perceive a feeling of frustration, then try to find out more about what it is about. Sometimes it suffices to perceive the car and the feeling of frustration for the piece of pattern with this content to break down. Sometimes you need to find more information before the piece of pattern breaks down. As soon as a small piece breaks down, you’ll notice that the car and the feeling of frustration, or additional information that you found, are gone. Then you’ll perceive another shape at the same location, for example a blue sphere of 5 by 20 cm (larger or smaller than the previous shape), or the shape will have changed colour, or you won’t perceive anything at all anymore in your throat. If you don’t perceive anything at all anymore, then everything that was present in your throat, has been broken down, and then you have to look for a piece of pattern that is related to the chosen issue at a different location. If you find a shape at another location, for example a green triangle of 30 cm diameter at a distance of 10 cm behind your head, then again focus your attention on the shape, describe the shape and feel its content. Etcetera.

If the content is very vague, and you don’t manage to pick up the exact content, then say to yourself, or your companion says: ‘If there were an image, a feeling, an idea at this location, what could this image, this feeling, that idea be?’ If again nothing comes through, then try to find another piece of pattern at another location.

If you perceive something, for example a car, and you feel a feeling of frustration, but you don’t get any additional information, and there is no piece that breaks down as a result of which you continue to see the same car and perceive the same feeling of frustration, then you have to make a sentence about the content. The sentence you form must express the content of the shape for 100% correctly, otherwise nothing will be peeled off. Formulate the sentence in the first person singular, so with I, me or mine, and in the present tense. Say to yourself: ‘I make a sentence about the content, in the first person singular and in the present tense’. Or your companion tells you: ‘Make a sentence about the content, in the first person singular and in the present tense’. For example: ‘that car stands in my way’, accompanied by a feeling of anger and frustration. Or for example: ‘I’m so angry that this car stands here again, and I feel like smashing it.’ If the sentence is right, you will see that the content of the shape has changed, you’ll get more information or you’ll notice that the car and the feeling of frustration are gone, and you’ll see a different shape, or the shape will have changed colour. Or the shape is gone completely and there’s nothing left to perceive in your throat.

Sometimes the sentence may be correct, but still there’s no immediate change. Then you ought to repeat the sentence until you perceive a change or until you feel like making a different sentence, which you should then also repeat if necessary. If you think that you have made the wrong sentence, then look for a different sentence, until you feel that it is the right sentence. Continue to feel the content and try to find more information and if necessary make and repeat sentences, until the shape you were working on has changed form or colour, or is gone completely.

If you see another shape, or the shape has changed colour, then repeat the procedure: look for its content, and if necessary, make sentences that you repeat, until this shape is gone too and a new shape or colour appears or until no shape can be perceived anymore. The content of the new shape is usually very different from the content of the previous shape, it is usually a totally different issue. Apparently, many different issues are stored at the same location in the subconscious mind. If you manage to find locations and shapes regarding the issue that you chose, and if you don’t find just any random issue, then you could simply break down the shape related to the issue at every location. And then you could ignore the underlying shapes related to different issues. As soon as you have found a piece related to the right issue at a certain location and after you have removed the first shape, you could then look for another piece related to this issue at a different location.

When you manage to apply this technique for yourself, you can try to do it for someone else sitting in front of you. Ask for an issue that is going on in this person’s life, look for the location of this issue in and around this person’s body. When you find the location, try to perceive a shape. Search for the content of the shape, and try to find the accurate information that is stored in the shape, as a result of which the shape will change or disappear. When the shape changes or disappears, this means that a piece of the previous shape has been peeled off. Continue with the new shape or look for a new location.

It could happen that you don’t find a shape, whether or not you apply this technique for yourself or for someone else, but that you do find a location with subconscious material. Then try to work with this subconscious material without seeing the shape. This technique is easier to work with if you do see the shape, because then you can determine for yourself that information is removed every time you see the shape change in form or in colour. Without the shapes, it’s more difficult to perceive whether or not something has changed. For example, you may feel a feeling of frustration in your throat, and you may perhaps also think of a car, or you may perhaps see the image of a car in your throat, but without seeing a shape in your throat. Then try to clearly picture the feeling of frustration or the car, until something changes, or try to find more information, or make a sentence with the information you feel in your throat, as described above. When you feel that the information that was in your throat, has gone, look for new information in your throat, etcetera.

If you don’t manage to work with shapes, it’s more difficult to be sure of what is going on and whether or not something has been peeled off. When you are able to work with shapes, it is a great help that you see the shapes appear and change and disappear. It helps you to be sure that you go through subconscious material and that you continue to break down yet another piece. This is much more difficult without the shapes. Once you have sufficient experience with breaking down pieces of matter in yourself or in someone else, you can try to work without the shapes. Then you immediately look for the ideas, images, feelings around yourself or someone else and you try to break them by sensing the content for 100% correctly. You might again use the technique of making sentences to destroy the content.

(A) As soon as you can work fluently with this first technique, try to do the same from a distance. Therefore, put an image of your own body or of someone else’s body three to four metres in front of you, in lifelike size. In other words, put yourself or another person at some distance from you. Then put your subconscious mind around yourself (in front of you) or this other person’s subconscious mind around this person (in front of you). Most people can do this quite easily, but there are people who don’t manage to put a person and/or their corresponding subconscious mind in front of them. Then this person won’t be able to work with this distance technique.

So, you have put yourself or another person and their corresponding subconscious mind in front of you, and then think of an issue that you want to work with. Then feel in and around the body of the person in front of you (this is yourself or someone else), like with the previous technique, and look for the location of the issue of choice. Then try to perceive a shape at the location you found. Then try to feel the content of the shape, etcetera, as described in the first technique.

As soon as you get the knack of it and you can go fluently through the shapes (see them appear and break them down), you can try to find a location, and then feel the content that is present at this location, without looking for a shape. And then remove the content at this location.

When this second technique goes very well, try to work from a distance without putting (an image of) the person and their subconscious mind in front of you. Immediately go and feel in front of you. Therefore think of an issue of yourself or of another person that you want to work on, and go and feel this issue in front of you. In doing so, you automatically make contact with the subconscious mind of the person (yourself or someone else) you think of and you want to work on, their subconscious mind is automatically in front of you. If you don’t manage to work this way, continue to put the person in front of you as described in the previous technique.

The next step is working from a distance on several people simultaneously. Therefore you need subsouls that have to be present in your subconscious mind. If they are not present, you won’t be able to perform this next part. For an explanation about subsouls, please read my boek.

This is how you do it. You place two people in front of you instead of one. This could either be yourself and another person, or two other people or yourself twice. So, put an image of the body of a person in front of you, and an image of the body of a second person next to it, at a distance of three to four metres in front of you. Then put the subconscious minds of both people around them. Then choose an issue for both people and look for the location and a shape in and around each of these person’s body. Then try to focus your attention on both shapes at the same time, without trying to feel their content. Simply keep your attention on both of them simultaneously without doing anything else. If you have subsouls for this technique, they will automatically come into action. The subsouls will take over control and will start working on the two shapes simultaneously. When a shape has been broken down, they will automatically deal with what’s underneath, or they will break down all shapes with various issues that are stored at this location at once, or they will look for a new shape at another location. The only thing you need to do yourself is to focus your attention on the two persons in front of you and follow what’s happening.

The subsouls might come into action without you being able to perceive them and without you being able to follow what is happening. You only feel like there’s something going on without knowing exactly what. If this is the case, it’s difficult to further apply this technique. Even if you have subsouls with the ability to perform this technique, you often don’t yet have the ability to perceive them or to perceive what they do with regard to the breaking down of patterns.

If you manage to apply this technique with two people, you can try to put more people in front of you at the same time. You could also try to immediately put the contents of a pattern of several people in front of you instead of an image of their bodies and their subconscious minds. For this, put the contents of a pattern related to a certain issue, of the different people, next to one another in front of you and focus your attention on all the contents at the same time without sensing the contents in detail. If it works, the subsouls will come into action and take over control and work on the various contents of patterns in front of you. When a piece of pattern has been broken down, they will automatically take on the next piece. You don’t have to do anything anymore, apart from focusing your attention on what is happening, in order for the subsouls to continue their activity. As soon as your attention wanes, the subsouls’ activity will stop.

If you don’t manage to apply these techniques, and you don’t receive any distance treatment, but you would like to be able to apply these techniques, then apply the self-help techniques described in this book. And try again every year to see if you already manage to apply the techniques. Not everyone will be able to do this, but some people will. A number of people will be able to do this after a few years’ time. This is because the ability to perceive the subconscious mind and to work on it is not very suppressed in some people.  Even if it will take ten or twenty years before you’ll eventually have the ability to apply the techniques, even then, you’ll be very thankful for it.

People who receive distance treatment should also additionally apply the self-help techniques as much as possible. This will decrease the number of hours needed for distance healing.

I know about this programme because I can perceive it thanks to the psychic abilities that I have. Other people can learn to perceive this field around a person too (this field is not the aura). This book presents a new view on man and on life as well as a distance treatment method (SL technique, Soul Liberation technique) and free self-help treatment techniques. These techniques can profoundly change people and their lives for the better by impacting on the subconscious mind.
The theory advanced by the author holds that the personality and life of people are determined by the subconscious mind. This subconscious mind is present around the soul that incarnates in a body, in the form of programmes or ‘patterns’ (negative) and energies (positive). The patterns are responsible for difficulties we have in life regarding personality, talents, health, circumstances and occurrences in life. Every pattern has a certain contents, for example ‘you feel inferior’ or ‘there is no love in your life’, or ‘you think slowly’, etc. Every energy holds a certain quality that is manifested in the person around whom it is present. When someone is honest, has affluence, is intelligent, is healthy and loving, then these characteristics are the result of energies surrounding him holding these qualities.
The author is able to perceive the subconscious mind around people and to destroy the patterns as a result of which the negative characteristics they caused will cease to exist. In this process, underlying energies are released.
The SL technique is a powerful way for improving personality and life, and it is also a path to spiritual enlightenment, since it can liberate the soul/person from the negative programmes in the subconscious mind and restore the soul to its original enlightened state.
