Plants, are they or aren’t they conscious?
There are a great many pictures on the internet of something called ‘orbs’. For example:
Humans, animals and plants are animated by some kind of energy/orb that incarnates in the body or in the plant and that leaves the body or the plant at death. The orb which incarnates in humans and in higher animals like cows, elephants, dolphins, is conscious, and is called ‘the soul’. Orbs which are not conscious incarnate in plants and in the lower animals, like insects, fish, micro-organisms. I call this type of orbs ‘life forces’.

A soul or a life force is white, translucent or coloured. In the first picture on this page you see ‘life forces’ that incarnate in plants and in lower animals. The three largest ‘life forces’ incarnate in plants, and the other, smaller ‘life forces’ incarnate in all kinds of animals. In the second picture on this page you see souls.
In a picture of a tree, grass, an indoor plant, vegetables …, I can perceive multiple life forces that have incarnated in these plants and that give ‘life’ to these plants. The life forces are scattered around the tree, the grass, the indoor plant, the vegetables…. Fruits and harvested vegetables like apples, nuts, lettuce, cauliflowers, and flowers, don’t have a life force. This doesn’t mean they are dead. I sense a second type of energy in everything that belongs to the plant kingdom, such as trees, bushes, plants, grass, vegetables, fruits, flowers. This energy penetrates the plant, tree, fruit, potato …. This energy is present all over the planet, and is possibly the consciousness of Mother Earth. This energy penetrates everything that is part of the plant kingdom on this planet. This energy feels like ‘being aware of life’ and ‘joy for life’.
When you eat a plant or a piece of fruit, then you also take in the planet’s energy. When you eat the dead meat of an animal, then you take in something that is dead and which is not living energy.
A person following a vegan diet for ethical reasons happen to hear from carnivores that they shouldn’t eat plants either then, because they are also alive, aren’t they? Science discovered that plants can communicate through biochemical and electrical signals. But this has nothing to do with consciousness, this has to do with the plant’s biology. Plants are not conscious like humans or higher animals. The life forces that give life to the plant are not the same as conscious souls that incarnate in humans or higher animals. There is a manifest difference in consciousness between souls that incarnate in humans and higher animals on the one hand, and life forces that incarnate in lower animals and plants on the other hand.
